Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 1–2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD, DHL, or Bulgarian Post.
Whichever shipment option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Some of the items have longer dispatch times because we do not keep them in stock at our warehouse. Please make sure to check the dispatch times before you place an order! If you are unsure about the dispatch time of a particular item, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If you want your shipment to be insured, please contact us before placing your order.
We always use the cheapest shipping option for orders with "Free Shipping" and in most cases, this is Bulgarian Post.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including failed delivery attempts not resolved with the courier), the customer will be charged for shipping costs in both directions and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Refusal to pay import charges does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
Returns
By the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale of goods purchased in the store without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods (i.e. from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer). Special orders (requests for items that are not listed on the website) and items that are on order from the supplier, cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless we send the wrong item or the item we've sent is damaged or malfunctioning, but not in the case if that damage occurred in the shipping process! Orders that have already left our warehouse and are in transit with the carrier cannot be canceled. Once the goods are delivered, the customer may choose to return them in accordance with our return policy.

The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. The template of the declaration is attached to these regulations.

The consumer must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date on which he received the items. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before it's expiry.

The Seller, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, will refund the payments made by the Consumer for the Goods. Shipping costs are eligible for a refund ONLY if the Seller is at fault (e.g., incorrect items were shipped). All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The Consumer bears the costs of returning the goods to the Seller, unless there is a mistake in the order made by the Seller (sent wrong items).

In case that the dispatched products are in working order and match the Consumer's order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned goods.

Returns resulting from refusal to accept delivery, failure to pick up the shipment, or non-payment of import charges are treated as standard returns and are subject to return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
The returned goods should contain:

Original, undamaged packaging (opened items are not eligible for returns!)

Complete content as it was at the time of purchase.

The product and accessories will be undamaged without any signs of use.

Receipt or photocopy of the purchase invoice.

A written declaration of withdrawal from the contract (form available below)
