E3SP Loyalty Club – Terms & Conditions
 

1. Overview

The E3SP Loyalty Club rewards customers for their engagement and purchases. Members can earn points through various activities and redeem them for rewards on future orders. As customers progress through the tiers, additional benefits and rewards become available.

2. Earning Points

​

Points can be earned in the following ways:

- Making purchases on the E3SP website
- Referring a friend (reward granted after successful completed order)
- Birthday rewards (available for E3SP Expert and Elite members)
- Following E3SP on social media
- Subscribing to the website

E3SP reserves the right to modify how points are earned at any time.

3. Redeeming Points

​

Points can be redeemed for various rewards, including cashback, discounts, and free shipping offers.

Cashback rewards can be used up to 15% of the order subtotal per order.
Rewards are applied at checkout and are subject to validation.

4. Restrictions & Limitations

​

To ensure fairness and sustainability of the program, the following rules apply:

- Discounts cannot be combined with already discounted items.
- Free shipping offers may be restricted based on:
- Shipping method (e.g. DHL Express)
- Order value or shipping cost
- Total weight or oversized items
- Free shipping coupons may not be valid for certain carriers or high-cost deliveries
- Cashback usage is limited per order as described above

E3SP reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of rewards that do not meet these conditions.

5. Referral Program

​

Customers may earn rewards by referring new customers:

Referrer receives 200 points after the referred customer completes a successful order
Referred customer receives a €15 discount on their first order (minimum order value of 200€)

Referral rewards are granted only for genuine new customers and completed transactions.

6. Abuse & Misuse

​

E3SP reserves the right to remove or adjust points from any account in cases of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or improper use of the Loyalty Program.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Self-referrals
- Creating multiple accounts
- Abusing promotions or rewards

Accounts found in violation may have their points removed.

​

7. Changes to the Program

​

E3SP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including:

- Point earning rates
- Reward values
- Tier benefits
- Redemption rules

- Changes may be made at any time without prior notice.

8. General

​

Participation in the E3SP Loyalty Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
