Ceramic Coating Pack
Durable 9H easy to apply, hydrophobic ceramic coating for professional use. Thanks to the combination of protective properties and flexibility, it increases the paint’s resistance to micro-cracks and micro-scratches and protects including against harmful UV rays, most chemicals, oxidation, corrosion and acid rain.
The coating cross-links and ceramizes, protecting the paint including against difficult operating conditions and dirt accumulation. Gives a glassy effect, enhancing the paint colour. High durability lasts – up to 12 months (when two layers are applayed). Its thickness exceeds 5 micrometers.
Set contents: Rubbing compound 150 ml, IPA CLEANER 670 ml, Ceramic coating 50 ml, 3 pcs of microfiber cloths and applicator (for applying a ceramic coating to car paint), microfiber cloth (for polishing the applied coating), gloves, application instructions.
The ceramic coating must never be applied in direct sunlight or on hot or damp paint. The gloves must always be worn when applying the product. The product must be applied on all the car paint. The coating must be polish before it is dry.
Prepare car paint (for new paint, skip step 3-5):
1. Wash the car thoroughly using active shampoo and dry the body.
2. Degrease the paint with the IPA Cleaner.
3. Use the rubbing compound to clean the paint, if necessary, a polishing machine can be used.
4. Wash the car thoroughly with shampoo again and let it dry.
5. Degrease the paint with the IPA Cleaner
Apply the ceramic coating:
1. Shake the bottle vigorously.
2. Wrap the applicator with one of the three cloths included in the set.
3. Apply a small amount of ceramic coating to the prepared applicator. Thoroughly moisten the applicator when used for the first time. Then 4-6 drops are enough.
4. Apply the coating to the paint by wiping left to right and then top to bottom. Apply the coating to a 30x30cm surface area at a time.
5. Polish the varnish thoroughly immediately after application using the microfiber cloth.
6. Repeat the operation on the entire body of the car.
