Polishing the input and counter shafts, reducing friction on bearing surfaces.
Replacement of all worn-out or damaged tapered roller and needle bearings with brand-new high-quality Koyo, NSK and NTN bearings.
Replacement of both input shaft bearings with our Billet Input Shaft bearing and End Case bearing. (Optional)
All bearings preloads will be set to factory specification for maximum performance.
Brand new Carbon Synchros from 1st to 6th gear.
Brand New 25 Spline Output Shaft that is made out of "21NiCrMo2" Billet steel, hardened to 61HRC!
Brand new high-quality Seals.
New 10.9 Bolts
Glass blasting and repainting all external parts. (Optional)
 
Any components that require replacement, such as Hubs, Sliders, Shift-forks, Gears, etc., will be evaluated separately after the teardown, cleaning, and inspection process. We will provide you with a detailed quote for these parts, and they will only be replaced with your explicit consent. Please note that the cost of these additional parts will be charged on top of the price for the rebuild service!
 
To avail of this service, it is necessary to ship your core to our warehouse. If you require assistance with the freight process, please contact us. If you are located outside the European Union, please take into account the potential import tax and VAT when sending your core to us, as these charges will be incurred during customs clearance of the transmission.
The shipping cost for returning the rebuilt transmission to your location will be determined during the checkout process, based on your location.
